To cancel your order, please send us an email to email@example.com with your order details and we'll cancel it promptly. Please note that we do not accept cancellations once the teas have been dispatched from our fulfillment center.
To cancel your subscription, please log in to your account and click on the Cancel link under My Subscriptions section of your profile on the site. This will open a feedback form where you need to mention a cancellation reason. After submitting the form, your subscription will be cancelled. You will get an email confirmation once the subscription is cancelled.
Your order value will be credited back to your account from the same source that it came from within 10-12 working days.
