The first flush tea leaves are picked during February in the earliest spring growth of the plant. The tea leaves are carefully plucked and stored to retain their light floral texture and flavour. First Flush Darjeeling Tea leaves are less oxidised and are greener than a common black tea. Known as the Champagne of teas, it makes for an amazing cup of tea that balances the flavours perfectly.
